Valentine’s Day 2015 Specials

It would appear we got caught up in the Mardi Gras madness and forgot about Valentine’s Day this year! There were less special Valentine’s Day menus advertised this year and a few restaurants are probably already booked up by now, but here are some of great sounding specials available at local restaurants this year. If your restaurant would like to be added to the list, please message us here or on Facebook to be included.

DJ’s Grille

The following menu is available both Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th, but only by reservation, for $55 per person. Customers can call in advance for takeout to enjoy the meal at home, champagne included.

Drink:

  • Champagne toast to start the meal

First:

  • Sweet Potato and Andouille Bisque

Salad:

  • Spring mix salad with fresh strawberries, feta cheese, glazed pecans, tossed in cane syrup vinaigrett

Entrees:

  • 6 oz Petite Filet with cold water Lobster tail
  • Seafood Stuffed Chicken Breast
  • Fresh Gulf Fish

(all entrees are served with rosemary garlic oven roasted potatoes and Chef’s Vegetable)

Dessert

  • Chocolate Tuxedo Cake with vanilla whipped cream

The following specials are available Friday and Saturday for dinner at Fremin’s.

Appetizer:

  • Lobster Thermidor: Maine lobster meat, vegetables and spices, brandy bechamel sauce, toast points

Entrees:

  • Crawfish Filet: Angus filet mignon, Louisiana crawfish and mushroom creme sauce, tasso rice pilaf, and baby green beans
  • Fresh Catch of the Day: Only the freshest fish, prepared in a way chosen by our chefs to best enhance the flavor of our selection

The following specials are available Friday and Saturday for dinner at Flanagan’s.

The following menu is available Valentine’s Day at Grady V’s for $55 per person. Customers can call before Friday to have an entire meal packaged for takeout to enjoy at home.

Drink: Start with a bottle of Merlot, Chardonnay, or Pinot Grigio

Shared Appetizer:

  • Broiled seafood au gratin served with pita chips
  • Grady V’s crab cakes

Salad:

Entrees:

Sarah’s Mediterranean Cuisine & Cafe

The following meals are available Valentine’s Day at Sarah’s as a $30 meal for two. Each option comes with a salad.

  • Steak, and your choice of baked potato, grilled vegetables or fries and our signature mushroom sauce
  • Lamb chop, and your choice of hummus, rice, or grilled vegetables and tazziki sauce
  • Hummus, rice, and your choice of combination meats
  • Shrimp fettucini and garlic bread
  • Order from the menu and get %15 off everything when you order 2 entrees

Drinks:

  • 2 for 1 mixed drinks

Dessert:

  • Special Valentine desserts for $3.99

La Casa Del Sol – Raceland

The following options are available for a $29.99 dinner for two at La Casa in Raceland.
